Overview
After more than a decade of exemplary service, direction and community building at Burgmann, Principal Sally Renouf will step down in 2024 and the College wishes to appoint a new Principal. Leading a team of staff, including a Deputy Principal, management team and residential staff, the Principal will provide visible leadership in the day-to-day life of the College. Residing at the College, the Principal will take full responsibility for the financial and resource management of the College and will work closely with key Australian National University stakeholders, the College Council and Board of Management.
Job Description
This is a highly visible position and will require an individual with the aptitude for and experience in leadership of a residential academic community, preferably in a tertiary education setting. The successful candidate will ideally have the skills to develop and maintain relationships beyond the current residential community and the credibility to represent the organisation externally at the highest level.
