Overview

The College is seeking the immediate appointment of a dedicated professional to be responsible for a significant aspect of our operation where prospective students and their parents gain an important “first impression”. The Registrar has a key role in the efficient running of the admissions processes of the College. This involves the organisation and implementation of the College’s admissions processes for both standard rooms and NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) apartments that were completed in 2016.  This responsibility will also incorporate ensuring the integrity of student data in the College’s database and office management system.  A significant aspect of the role requires the collation and checking of documentation essential to satisfying the compliance requirements of the NRAS which is in turn a prerequisite to the College receiving annual financial incentives for the apartments it has built.

This role would suit an energetic and passionate individual who can work independently showing initiative while at the same time possessing the ability to function in a team environment with a focus on customer service.

St Thomas More College (STMC) is a co-educational Catholic Residential College of the Archdiocese of Perth within the University of Western Australia. The College is currently "home" to 400 university students attending one of five universities in Perth.
